Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026. This policy explains how IMCO-NFP, SAFE-AIM PBC, and IP HoldCo LLC collect, use, and protect information submitted through IMCO and IMCO Haven.

Information we collect may include contact details, such as email address and phone number, information you voluntarily submit through waitlists or inquiries, and technical information necessary to operate and improve the site. We use this information to respond to requests, provide updates when you have opted in, operate platform features, and maintain site security.

Information may be shared among IMCO-NFP, SAFE-AIM PBC, and IP HoldCo LLC as needed to operate IMCO, fulfill a request, meet legal obligations, or work with trusted service providers. We do not sell personal information. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
