ImageMedium Consultants & Ombuds, NFP (IMCO-NFP)

IMCO-NFP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Chicagoland and Cook County with housing navigation, government agency navigation, tax services, patient advocacy, and other liaison and assistive services for individuals and families in our community. IMCO-NFP serves as a licensed community distribution partner for eMe, helping connect the residents we already serve to a platform built with their needs in mind. IMCO-NFP does not condition any of its charitable services on the use of eMe, and does not receive a share of eMe subscription revenue for this partnership.

OPERATOR & BENEFIT CORPORATION

Self Advocacy For Equality PBC (SAFE-AIM PBC)

SAFE-AIM PBC is an Illinois Benefit Corporation that designs and operates eMe, alongside a portfolio of mission-driven technology ventures serving underserved communities across Chicagoland. As a Benefit Corporation, SAFE-AIM PBC is legally structured to pursue a stated public benefit purpose alongside its commercial operations. SAFE-AIM PBC partners with IMCO-NFP under a written licensing agreement to bring eMe directly to the communities it was built for.

IP HoldCo LLC is the Illinois limited liability company that holds the intellectual property underlying eMe and SAFE-AIM PBC’s broader venture portfolio, licensing it to SAFE-AIM PBC for development and operation.
